I'm not sure what you mean by "dynamic update DNSSEC"? Do you mean: a)
authenticate a Dynamic Update using DNSSEC, or b) have named generate
SIG/NXT records "on-the-fly" in response to Dynamic Updates, or c) both?

Regardless, I doubt that what you seek is implemented in BIND 8. Have
you checked out BIND 9?
