DNS Behind Firewall

The _DNS_and_BIND_ book from O'Reilly, Third Edition, has a section on
"DNS and Firewalls", although it's a little dated since it was written before
BIND 8.2.x, which introduced per-domain forwarding and forwarding
"cancellation" (i.e. the "forwarders { }") syntax, both of which enhance split
DNS configurations.

Fourth Edition is being worked on. I don't know whether or not it'll devote
more discussion to firewall'ed and/or split DNS configurations...
