If you are using a version of BIND less than 8.2.2-P5, switch to
8.2.2-P5.  Consider moving to 9.X, for X > 0.  ;-)

Check what is at /usr/local/etc/ndc.  If an old socket, remove it.
Otherwise ... there are too many otherwise's.
