AIX Bind build error

A colleague is seeing the following errors on AIX. I'm not sure what
version of Bind yet. I'm wondering if others have had or have heard of
problems building Bind on AIX. I've heard that using the gnu make rather
than the resident make on AIX helps. Anyway, here are the compile errors.
Any point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
