"n3byy" is no different than "www" or "pop".

Simply add it in as you did those.

>n3byy.lrxms.net   IN   A   216.254.20.117

I will say two things:

1) periods are very important in zone files
2) what happens to a name that does not end in a period?
(read DNS and BIND again for an answer)

n3byy.lrxms.net

Should look like

n3byy.lrxms.net   IN   A   216.254.20.117

is that about going to get this done?
