NT / UNIX performance as DNS/DHCP servers

Hello all,

I would like to have an idea of which criteria are to 
be considered when one has to choose what kind of OS to 
use for a DNS/DHCP server:

Let's consider an OS UNIX with the following 
functionalities:
     Solaris 2.5, 2.5.1, 2.6 or 2.7
     Processor 250 MHz
     128 Mo RAM
     
Let's consider an OS NT with the following 
functionalities:
     NT Server 4 service Pack 3
     Pentium II-266
     128 Mo RAM

Comparing those two OS, what would you think will make 
the difference, except for the price?
