Newbie IP question !

Here are a couple of basic questions for you.
1.	Is your web server listening on those new IP addresses (you DO have
to tell your webserver which IP's to use)
2.	Are those IP addresses set up on your machine?  (ipconfig -a for
Linux, and ifconfig -all for WindowsNT)

DNS will not affect your ability to access anything using an IP address,
since it's only purpose is to allow humans to use descriptive words in place
of an IP address.  If you have 4 new IP addresses, and are expecting to see
a web page when you visit them (and you haven't specifically set them up),
you might want to look at some of the faqs for the programs you're using, be
it Apache, Linux, BIND, Windows NT, Microsoft DNS Server, Internet
Information Server, etc...

Basic network configuration issues sound like your problem here
