Is it a violation of RFC (and BCP) 2505?

I have posted about a week ago that the same holds for
    rolemail.internic.net
(where they send the invoices from) and someone else pointed out that
is is also the case with
    lists.internic.net

Luckily there are other registrars and we definitely consider
switching, also because of that (had to turn off some anti SPAM
measurements because of this).

Maybe NSI hasn't notice yet that one of the reasons to choose a
registrar is service and reliability and we're not happy with both
of it currently at NSI.
