BIND or ? "Alert!: Unable to access document."

Does your nameserver have the ability to query arbitrary Internet
nameservers? If not, then how do you have your forwarding set up? Also,
if your nameserver can't query arbitrary Internet nameservers, is your
browser going to have any better luck trying to do HTTP to arbitrary
Internet webservers? Maybe you need a proxy setup instead.
