Quadritech developed a product called QIP (Quadritek IP :), was
designed to integrate DHCP server with dynamic DNS. Since has been
bought (and is sold and supported) by Lucent. Uses a database to store
all records, configuration, access-control, transaction logs, etc.
(Sybase, and possibly one could get it to work with Oracle, but I
didn't have much luck, ended up using Sybase).

I think maybe the most polished of the "commercial" DNS+DHCP ...
