named[7530]: Err/TO getting serial#

	ns1.datacourse.net is either not configured as a server
	for bakersfieldsylvan.com or it detected a error when it
	loaded the master file for bakersfieldsylvan.com.  I would
	be checking the log files on ns1.datacourse.net.
