bind 9.x - ndc problem

NDC is a BIND 8, you now use RNDC in BIND-9; documentation in docs/arm.

i had bind 8.2.3-REL on my computer

then i got source code off of isc.org website
i compiled and install it everythign went fine..

bind 9.x doesn't come w/ ndc

do i need to install it some seperate way?
i know it's in there i'm just surprised it didn't installed when i did make
install

how do i install it then?
