How do you force the source port?

What substatement would I use under "options" in named.conf to force the
source port for sending when doing zone transfers. It's my understanding
that a primary server will use any arbitrary port greater than 1023 for
sending updates to a slave. I want to force updates through a certain port.
Is this possible, if so how?
