Transfer zone: permission denied

You slave server doesn't have permission from the operating system to
write the zone file. Check the access permissions and pathnames. BTW
BIND4.9.3 is very old and has a bunch of security holes. Upgrade it
immediately. And you should be running BIND9.1.1, not 9.1.0.
