Bind 8.2.3 Errors

>When i start bind 8.2.3 (NT4) i get the following error messages in

go look at line 21

go look at line 25

>this is part of my named.conf file:

it's something before line 21 that's missing or extra, bet you left 
off a "}" or ";"

>line 21: zone "." IN {type hint; file "db.cache"; };
>line 25: zone "0.0.127.IN-ADDR.ARPA" IN {type master; file "db.127.0.0"; };

same, it's some error before line 25
