Wrong. Chains of CNAMEs have always been legal, though they are
profoundly stupid. The above option is only found in BIND8.
Enabling it allows multiple CNAME records for the same name. This has
always been illegal, though this option made BIND8 tolerate that
illegality. Read RFC1034.
