forwarding to a child zone is different!!

first, I was serious when I said I didn't know that.
I thought bind will keep a separate "zone-specific"
data structure for forward zones, like it does for
other types of zones.
apparently it doesn't.

second, it wasn't that obvious. Since we do not have any data
(i.e. zone file) for stub zones on or machine either, when we
first start the daemon (atleast until it has downloaded
it from the master).

That should be obvious because there's no data -- ie a zone file --
associated with a forward zone{} statement type.
