DNS Behind Firewall DMZ

Anyoone could help this problem?

My network behind the firewall, external, internal and a DMZ, all the IP
address will in DMZ was mapped with a real IP from my Network services
provider. e.g. real IP : 202.161.x.x will map to 192.168.0.x

I setup a DNS Server in DMZ e.g. 192.168.0.4, and successfully registration
a domain name from Network solution, so I make some A records e.g.
www.domain.com, ftp.domain.com and MX records.

but sometimes I cannot make DNS query outside my network of these A records.
