	Generally speaking, this is all that should be required, if you 
have well-formed /etc/named.conf and zone files:

		cd /usr/local/src
		mkdir bind-8.2.4
		cd bind-8.2.4
		ftp ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind/src/cur/bind-8/bind-src.tar.gz
		tar zxf bind-src.tar.gz
		./configure
		make
		sudo make install

	You may also be interested in the contributed tools & utilities 
in the bind-contrib.tar.gz tarball in that same directory, and the 
documentation in the bind-doc.tar.gz tarball.
