Help on Upgrade of Bind

Hi,

I have installed RedHat 7.1 and want to upgrade my
Bind version from 9.1.0 to 9.1.3

If I try to upgrade using 
rpm -Fvh Bind-9.1.3-3.i386.rpm
I get some error like
error: failed dependencies:
libcrypto.so.2 is needed by Bind-9.1.3-3

How do I upgrade my Bind version.
Can anyone help in this
