Communication between RNDC and NAMED - bad password?

	If rndc works and then stops working, that is usually a sign that 
the named process that had been running has spontaneously quit -- 
rndc can't talk to it anymore because the process doesn't exist 
anymore.

	Well, rndc is not a program you "start".  It is a tool that you 
run from the command line any time that you need to communicate with 
the command channel of one or more BIND 9 instances of named.  You 
don't "start" rndc any more than you "start" grep when you want to 
search through a file for some string.
