Look at the archive this has been done to death recently....

Basically you add "-t /my/named/zoneandconfigfiledirectory" and
remove the leading "/my/named/zoneandconfigfiledirectort" from
anything in named.conf

Other changes are OS specific but are mainly aimed at supporting
random number generation for DNSSEC.
