RFC1034 recommends (specifies) only A-Za-z0-9and "-".

So you can't use these characters directly.

The approaches proposed usually involve a mapping from foreign
character sets into the standard set of characters, and
modifying browsers and others such applications to utilise the
character set (Presumably eventually the resolvers will be
modified.)
