NT BIND: Upgrading from 8.2.3 to 8.2.4 ?

Just Install.  There's nothing special.  When 8.2.5 becomes available, you should be
prepared to upgrade again, since there are a number of NT-specific fixes which
went in beyond the 8.2.4 build.
