Is anyway to monitor who query name server

You could configure query logging. I don't think you can turn on query logging
via SRC (you could turn on debugging using traceson -s named, but the named.run
file is a lot more verbose than a query log). For query logging, you'd need to
configure that via a "logging" statement in the named.conf file and perhaps some
syslog.conf reconfiguration (although you could always just dump the query log to
a file and bypass syslog altogether).

Or, you could use AIX's "iptrace" to trace the packets.
