class B delegation

	You delegate each of the /24 that make up the /18.  You can use
	$GENERATE to make life slightly easier.

	e.g.
		$GENERATE 0-63 $ NS ns1.example.com.
		$GENERATE 0-63 $ NS ns2.example.com.
