Selective Forwarding & root file on MS DNS

Running MS DNS is not my Forte.  Does any body know how to add selective
forwarding to an MS-DNS server (v4). Does one need to upgrade to W2K AD-BIND
8 for this to happen?

zone "example.firm" 
{ 
	type forward; forward only; 
	forwarders { 10.10.10.3;};
 };

My second question is: how can one change the MS DNS server to use a master
file instead of using the normal root file.
