Problem with glue records..

I think you're going about this backwards. Instead of asking "since I've
delegated subzones back to myself, should I define those zones on my
servers?" you should be asking the antecedent question "should I delegate
subzones back to myself?". If the answer to that question is "no", then get rid
of the delegations.
