No. Did you read the BIND9 Administrator's Reference Manual?

Please think about this. The views mechanism in BIND9 allows the DNS
administrator to present different name spaces for a given domain/zone
to different clients based on the source address of their queries. At
pesent the only way to define those name spaces is to have different
zone files for each of them. That way, the DNS administrator knows
what data to populate each of those name spaces that the server
presents. There's no way (or notation) for tagging individual resource
records so they are only present in a particular view or group of
views. If the same zone file was used for each view, what's the point
of having them? All of the views would see the same name space, which
kind of defeats the point of setting them up.
