bind 8.2.3 with solaris novince

	If you upgrade to BIND 9.1, compiling the source, I would
	do a pkgrm of the BIND 8 package first.

	If you upgrade to BIND 8.2.3, using a package, I would
	do a pkgrm of the BIND 8 package first.
