Bugs in named 8.2.3-REL still ?

After upgrading my versions of BIND, I am seeing the odd sig 11

e.g.
Feb 13 21:42:40 ns3 /kernel: pid 104 (named), uid 53: exited on signal 11

Has anyone else been seeing this ? Nothing odd about the config as its 
meant for just a caching name server to do PTR lookups for apache logs.
Its FreeBSD 4.2STABLE as of 3 days ago.  And yes, it really is 8.2.3-REL 
that is running
