Error msg when modifying dns information...

Looks like this might be a problem with register.com's
nameserver-validation routine. I see nothing wrong with how
ns1.harmonytel.com is set up, offhand. Perhaps their
nameserver-validation routine is being thrown by the fact that it's a
nameserver in .com for which no glue record exists in the .com zone or
any of the other gTLD zones. But no glue record is necessary, since the
harmonytel.com zone is hosted by d1.com.sg nameservers. The routine
*shouldn't* be choking on that.

You should talk to register.com to find out what the problem is and
correct it. If my speculation above is correct, then, in the meantime,
you _may_ be able to get around this by adding ns1.harmonytel.com to the
harmonytel.com delegations (or for that matter, the delegations of
*any* domain you control in .com). Then a glue record will exist and
maybe that will humor the register.com nameserver-validation routine.
You could probably then delete those delegations afterwards if you don't
want them.

Another possibility is that register.com has implemented some sort of
draconian authorization scheme to prevent people from delegating to
random servers that they don't control. Maybe they can't verify that you
are a contact for the harmonytel.com domain so they're not letting you
delegate to a nameserver in that domain. But that too would be a
ridiculous requirement, especially since harmonytel.com is
(apparently) registered with NSI and register.com might have some
problems trying to verify the contact across registrars.

In either case, take the matter up with register.com. It's _their_
software which is rejecting your update.
