Looking for documentation on chroot

Running as non-root and running chroot()'ed are technically distinct, although
it is popular to combine them.

I would think the existing documentation for how to run BIND 8 non-root and/or
chroot()'ed should mostly suffice for BIND 9, except for the fact that BIND 9
has no separate named-xfer program to worry about...
