How to separate Dynamic and static informations in Bind 8.2.3 for the same zone ?

C'est impossible.

You must use Dynamic Update for *all* changes to the zone, or delegate separate
subzones (which of course would have to be subdomains) for manual update
_versus_ Dynamic Update.
