	Well you are running a Linux box that doesn't support
	SO_BSDCOMPAT and / or you are runing a old version of bind
	that has know security flaws.  See
	http://www.isc.org/products/BIND/bind-security.html

	sendto is reporting a error from a previous datagram that
	was sent to a port where nothing was listening any longer.
	These errors are to be expected.
