Syntax of LOC Record is okay for bind8 but not bind9.

We have a couple of the LOC GPS data records in our zone and
bind9 does not like them in the least although we have been using
them under bind8 for well over a year.

	What is wrong with the following?

ro-lib.net.okstate.edu.    IN  LOC  36 0 7.3981 N 97 00 04.1670 W

	The Error message is:

dns_rdata_fromtext: /testdir/okstate.hosts:23: near 'N': syntax error

	Obviously, it is satisfied until it reaches the N as in
North.
