Syntax of LOC Record is okay for bind8 but not bind9.

	You are most probably not driving named-checkzone correctly.

	e.g.
		named-checkzone okstate.edu filename

	you can only remove the filename when it is *exactly* the
	same as the zone name.  9.2 will require both arguements
	as people keep getting this wrong.
