If you've got a dynamic IP address you can NOT run DNS for your domain on
the Internet - only for your internal network.

DNS servers require a static IP address to function properly.

If you really want to run services on a dynamic IP address see
www.dyndns.org and get yourself a dynamic DNS redirector - you can then hide
this behind a CNAME if you really want although it's not best practice.
