Minimal disk space for bind 8.2.2-p7

Minimally, all you need are the named (or "in.named" if you're into
Sun-isms) and named-xfer binaries.

On the master, assuming it has no slave zones whatsoever, you wouldn't
technically even need named-xfer.

Of course, you should allow space for the zone files and .ixfr files
themselves...

(Actually, I thought IXFR was broken prior to 8.2.3. Are you sure it
even works in 8.2.2-p7?)
