SMTP on port other than 25 through DNS???

port 25 is pretty much required to sendmail or get mail from somewhere else

..
you can add a relay_allow or simular depending on your mail server..
but you need to allow most to connect to smtp otherwise they can't
send you mail.. usually what people do is set explicitly those that can
send mail from the mail server.. and then allow everyone but the
blacklisted
