Configuring BIND 9.1

When you unzip bind you have the full documentaion at
..<bind_directory>/doc

arm/ - This is your full html documentation
misc/ - has the migration issues and options, etc.
man/ - all the man pages

If that isn't enough I would use the DNS and Bind book.  But since the
book is only Bind 8 the docs are the best source right now.
