BIND 9.1 categories for named.conf

According to the Bind9 docs, the command is obsolete.  I would imagine this
is to confirm to the RFC allowing international character sets in domain
names.

Another option I've noticed is no longer implemented is check-names, which
was used to check hostnames with conformance to RFC 952 rules.  Has this
been incorporated elsewhere, or has the option name changed.

It looks like the response-checks category for BIND logging has been removed
from BIND9.1.  This category reported on such problems as Malformed
responses and bad referrals.  What has replaced this category in BIND9.1
