BIND doesn't start

	This is really an issue that is specific to your particular OS, 
and doesn't really have much to do with BIND.

	You'd be more likely to get a useful answer sooner, if you asked 
your question on a mailing list or USENET newsgroup that is specific 
to Linux, Red Hat Linux in particular.
