	This looks like the zone contains the data for "infotech.com"
	but you called it "infotech" in named.conf.

	All zones require a NS RRset at the top (name of) zone.
	These don't exist.  One common error it to leave out the
	white space at the start of the NS records.  If you do that
	the IN will be interperted as the name of the record.

	This one is self explanitory.
