This is complaining about the A record for sparcserver.champusa.com, which
doesn't need to be in the reverse domain. Glue A records are only
necessary when the nameserver for a subdomain is in the subdomain. Since
sparcserver.champusa.com is not in a subdomain of 123.21.207.in-addr.arpa,
its A record isn't appropriate in this domain.

I suspect the master server for that reverse domain is running BIND 4.8.
Since 4.9, BIND hasn't included unnecessary A records in its zone transfer
responses.
