It's not the NS records you should be looking at; it's the 
PTR record that corresponds to the IP address of your
name server.  It probably looks like this:

4.3.2.1    IN    PTR    host

instead of

4.3.2.1    IN    PTR    host.domain.

Note the trailing dot.
