remote lookup problem

I believe that if you check ns{1,2}.granitecanyon.com, you will find that the
servers are either not responding to DNS queries, or are not configured to
serve the ellipsis.cx zone.  Thus, there is only a 33.3% chance that a query
about that domain will be successfully and correctly responded to with the
appropriate data.

It looks like you'll need to tak to granitecanyon about this one.
