bind8 linux compiling

Hello i was wondering if anyone knows what causes the libbind.a error on
Linux/Debian systems while
running make install i have tryed erasing,renaming and leaving  the .setting
file,but the error
keepsapearing,the INSTALL file does not says anything on this matter

make: *** [install] Error 1
