Yes, DNS has no problem with this. Just add A records in each zone referring
to that IP address. For reverse DNS, however, there is no use in adding a
PTR record for every name that points to the address; just pick one of those
"forward" names and point the PTR record to it.

To make things easier, if you have multiple domains consisting only of data
that is a) relative to the domain name (e.g. ftp.{domain} is always an alias
for www.{domain} and so forth) or b) constant (e.g. all MX records point to
mail.example.com, regardless of domain), then you can load multiple zones
from the same zonefile, which means only one file to maintain.
