	No, it doesn't really matter.  It can be anywhere you want.

	However, in this case, you're using an MX record without 
specifying a label, and therefore it will pick up the last label you 
used as a default.  In this case, it *DOES* make a difference where 
you list the MX record.  Try putting an explicit label on the MX 
record, and it won't matter where you put it.
